Cancellation
NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY OF THE CANCELLATIONS. HOWEVER,
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
Comments

- PAYMENT & RESERVATION TERMS:- You can make reservations with us by advising us your acceptance of the tour and travel dates. We would immediately Proceed to make tentative bookings. You can make advance payments by depositing Cash/Cheque in our account detailed above. Once the bank intimates us about money being credited into our account we would immediately confirm all you travel arrangements.
- 100% amount needs to be paid for flight tickets in advance for issuance of tickets; No Cancellation for Flights.
- If flight fare has increased/decreased by the time payment reaches us, then the same shall be borne by the client and the quotation would be revised accordingly.
- Any change in the itinerary post booking should be recorded in writing prior to Travel.
- Any verbal/oral communication regarding changes in earlier agreed package/hotel/inclusions/itinerary will not be entertained in cases of dispute.
- Please remember that all special requests like early check-In, late check-out, smoking room, nonsmoking room, views, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and same cannot be guaranteed prior.
- Cost of expenses of personal nature at the place of stay, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc. not mentioned in the inclusions will have to be borne by the traveler.
- For SIC (i.e. shared) transfers, please reach SIC pick up spot at least 10 minutes prior to actual timing – any delay by passenger in reporting on time may lead to loss of service and will not be refundable.
- Fableaf Enterprises / Iwouldtravel.com will not be liable for any losses incurred due to any delays made due to by the customer, Please ensure that you follow the itinerary as per timings as discussed.
- The itinerary is designed in a manner so that all the sightseeings/activities may be enjoyed sufficiently and they are covered within the stipulated time period. It is advised that travelers follow the advise of agent/driver and manage their time well. If a few or more sightseeings are missed due to extension of stay over the advised time-period at a particular attraction, then the driver/agent/ may not be held liable for the same.
- Customers can not change the itinerary during the trip unless the same has been pre-informed and assented by the travel agent.
- In case of change of itinerary by traveler without prior information to us, We shall not be liable for any non-delivery of inclusions
- Fableaf Enterprises / Iwouldtravel.com does not guarantee the hotel services and food quality. However, we suggest that incase of any concerns, kindly inform us immediately so that timely action may be taken.
- Fableaf Enterprises / Iwouldtravel.com do not take guarantee for any services revoked from the hotel without prior notice.
- Fableaf Enterprises / Iwouldtravel.com shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the travelers due to violation of rules of local government.
- In case on any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, Fableaf Enterprises / Iwouldtravel.com reserves the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
- For meals included in the package as part of sightseeing/activity, the menu is preset and specific choice of meal may not be Available.
- Fableaf Enterprises / Iwouldtravel.com is not liable for the care of personal items of travelers during the trip. Any loss or damage of any valuable items like mobile, tab, gold etc is purely customer responsibility.
- Customers should take responsibility of their own luggage. Cab drivers do not provide porter services and cannot be held liable for any such loss.
- Vouchers provided by the Fableaf Enterprises / Iwouldtravel.com against the booking need to be verified by the traveler and any discrepancy should be brought to notice within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the vouchers.
- In case of non-compliance of payment terms, Fableaf Enterprises / Iwouldtravel.com reserves the right to cancel the booking
- Refunds can only be given in cases of inclusions mentioned in package confirmed by the customer are not delivered by the booking agent. Refunds will not be given in any other case.
- If due to unforeseen circumstances, the traveler has to pay for the inclusions already mentioned in the package, refund claims for the inclusions part of the package may be considered and refunded upon submission of proper receipts, provided this was pre-informed to Fableaf Enterprises / Iwouldtravel.com advisor or travel agent.
- Cancellation amount/charges will be calculated as per total booking amount, irrespective of whether full booking amount has been paid or not.
- Any amendments/additions to package (dates, inclusions, itinerary etc), will be done at an extra cost to the customer. Changes made to the package will be made as per cancellation policy of the original package and customer has to bear the cost incurred due to this.
- Fableaf Enterprises / Iwouldtravel.com doesn’t encourage changes and modifications to online bookings once they’re made.However, facilitation of changes related to postponement or rescheduling of the already booked package is the sole discretion of Travel agent under permitted circumstances. Fableaf Enterprises / Iwouldtravel.com shall not be held liable for any impact due to change in original itinerary by the traveler and this is subject to mutual agreement and discussion between traveler and travel agent.
- Fableaf Enterprises / Iwouldtravel.com guarantees delivery of services booked through Fableaf Enterprises / Iwouldtravel.com. In case part package is booked by traveler themselves or outside of Fableaf Enterprises / Iwouldtravel.com, no claim against such services shall be entertained.
- In case of force majeure cases (such as curfew, riots etc), Fableaf Enterprises / Iwouldtravel.com shall not be liable for any losses made thereof.
- Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not even with all due care, foresee or forestall such as (by way of example and not by way of limitation) war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, acts of God, adverse weather conditions, and all similar events/
- In case local attractions are closed for maintenance/weather conditions/government orders/strike/curfew/natural calamity/other unforeseen reasons, Fableaf Enterprises / Iwouldtravel.com will try its best to reimburse the traveler appropriate amount against the same in case refund is possible. However, Fableaf Enterprises / Iwouldtravel.com are not obligated for the same and cannot be held liable against it.
- Standard check-in timings of hotels are 12 pm and check-out is 11 am. Early check-in and late checkout will be available as per hotel availability and hotel rules.
- Car/driver details will be provided 1 day prior to travel start date.
- It is mandatory to carry a valid photo identity card for hotel stay (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID card/Aadhar card)
- Bookings will only be considered confirmed if first payment has been paid in Fableaf Enterprises / Iwouldtravel.com account by any of the various modes provided on Fableaf Enterprises / Iwouldtravel.com website. In all other cases, Fableaf Enterprises / Iwouldtravel.com will not be liable for any bookings made.
- Convenience fee included in the booking amount is non-refundable.
- Driver service during the sightseeing is until 7 pm only.
- Driver service for late evening excursions (post 7 pm), until and unless already included in the package may be charged extra. Charges will be applicable as per driver rates.
- High-end cars (Swift Dzire/Etios) are given on subject to availability.
- AC may not be provided in hilly areas.
- AC will only work from 9 PM till 6 AM in AC Deluxe Houseboat.
- Drivers provided are well-known and experienced. The driver has the right to decide driving speed. Any request to drive fast / aggressively is not necessarily to be entertained.
- Any issue related to driver can be sorted out on same day, only if notified within proper time frame. We will give similar hotel option in case the hotel is sold out/price issue/contraction/contracting issue/etc.
- If there is a Gala dinner in your hotel (on Christmas, New Year or any other important day) then it is mandatory and chargeable from hotelier direct.
- In case, a cab breaks down then you may need to wait till the issue is sorted out. If it takes more than 2 hrs, then we will refund for sightseeing after receiving verified paid travel receipt.
