is the One Pillar pagoda.

  • Next, visit the Temple of Literature, the site of Vietnam's oldest university.
  • Transfer to the airport for the departure flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
    • Arrival at HCMC Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
  • Check-in at a hotel in town for a two-night stay.

• Transfer to My Tho, the first town on the main branch of Mekong.
• Drive to the Rach Mieu suspension bridge, which has a panorama view of
the Mekong surrounding four islands.
• Drive to Ben Tre, where you can get on board for a cruise on Ben Tre River.
• Visit a brick kiln and a coconut shell husking workshop to see the daily life of
farmers.
• Then you can visit a local market of Nhon Thanh commune and walk on the
village road, exploring the market products.
• You can explore this quiet island by bicycle or in a more relaxing way by
hopping on a Lambretta triporteur(an old 1960 traditional tricycle in South
Vietnam).

  • Take a break for lunch and relax.
    • In the afternoon, you can explore a bit more of this village's coconut farms and
    fruit orchards .
    • Return to the boat landing in Ben Tre town. Get back to HCM City.
    • Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
