Day 1 :

Arrival in Manali

Morning:
Arrive in Manali by bus or private vehicle.
Check-in at a hotel or guesthouse in Manali (suggestion: The Himalayan or similar).

Afternoon:
Acclimatization walk around Manali.
Explore local attractions like Hadimba Temple and Old Manali.

Evening:
Pre-trek briefing by your trekking agency.
Gear check and packing.

Day 2 :

Manali to Chika (10,100 feet)

Morning:
Drive from Manali to Jobra (2 hours, 9,800 feet).
Trek from Jobra to Chika (2-3 hours, 10,100 feet).

Afternoon:
Reach Chika campsite.
Set up tents and relax.

Evening:
Explore the surrounding area and acclimatize.
Dinner at the campsite.

Day 3 :

Chika to Balu Ka Ghera (11,900 feet)

Morning:
Breakfast at the campsite.
Start trekking towards Balu Ka Ghera (4-5 hours).

Afternoon:
Cross streams and meadows.
Reach Balu Ka Ghera by afternoon.
Lunch at the campsite.

Evening:
Acclimatization walk around the campsite.
Dinner at the campsite.

Day 4 :

Balu Ka Ghera to Shea goru via Hampta Pass (14,100 feet)

Morning:
Early breakfast.
Start trekking towards Hampta Pass (6-7 hours).

Afternoon:
Reach Hampta Pass (14,100 feet).
Enjoy the panoramic views.
Descend towards Shea goru (12,900 feet).
Lunch during the descent.

Evening:
Reach Shea goru campsite.
Dinner at the campsite.

Day 5 :

Shea goru to Chatru (11,000 feet) and Drive to Chandratal (14,100 feet)

Morning:
Breakfast at the campsite.
Start trekking towards Chatru (4-5 hours).

Afternoon:
Reach Chatru.
Drive to Chandratal Lake (2 hours, 14,100 feet), if the road is accessible.
Set up camp near Chandratal.
Lunch at the campsite.

Evening:
Explore Chandratal Lake.
Dinner at the campsite.

Day 6 :

Chandratal to Manali via Chatru

Morning:
Breakfast at the campsite.
Drive from Chandratal to Chatru.
Continue driving to Manali (5-6 hours).

Afternoon:
Lunch en route.

Evening:
Reach Manali.
Check-in at a hotel or guesthouse.
Relax and freshen up.
Dinner in Manali.

Day 7 :

Buffer Day / Explore Manali (If Needed)

Morning:
Optional buffer day for contingencies.
Explore local attractions in Manali if buffer day is not needed.

Afternoon:
Visit Solang Valley or Vashisht Hot Springs (On your own)
